Daily Prayer

Lord God I pray for courage and tenacity in Your disciples.  Lord God You pour out dreams upon Your children.  Give us the ability, like you did Joshua, to have strength and courage to carry out those dreams.  Lord God we pray that we could participate in building Your Kingdom – whether we are working in secular employment, caring for others, working for the world in non-profit organisations or working directly in Your Church.  Help us to be people who participate in Your redeeming work in the world.  Help us to be loving in all that we do and persistent in bringing about Your purposes and seeing Your glory in our land.  Amen.
